Facilities

Diamond Creek Primary School is situated on a large and well-maintained allotment. We havefour main buildings which were each constructed at different times, uniquely reflecting the history of the schools development.

The four buildings comprise the administration building, the junior learning area, the senior learning area and the specialist facility.
A walk through the school is a walk through history with the original Diamond Creek PrimarySchool building, constructed in 1870 centrally positioned with the grounds. Other buildings named after the local area and surrounding streets include the Cowin, Inglis and Clyde buildings housing classrooms and the library.

We also have another building which includes the art room and multipurpose room, and an administration building.

Our children, families and staff are all very proud of our beautiful school setting and the individuality of each of our buildings. Our entire community works together to ensure they are well maintained, as are the grounds and picturesque gardens.

Our grounds are spacious and generously provide room for all types of play. We have a full sized basketball court, a fantastic synthetic grass oval, four adventure playgrounds which are purpose-built for different play challenges, shaded areas including the central courtyard, gardens and veranda areas. There is also a beautifully landscaped veggie patch area, sensory garden, hot house, wetland areas, outdoor learning area, bat tennis courts, rebound walls, and a number of hard surface areas suitable for ball games, skipping and many other fun-filled games.

Something for everyone is included in the Diamond Creek Primary School facilities.
